Introducing Arent

Arent is my 14-year-old ‘Ster’ stallion, born on 29/05/2001 & stands at 16.2hh. Sire: Jasper 366 - Dam Wolmoed S. also Ster. In April 2006 due to the sudden death of my beloved Yuan (My first Friesian Stallion) I found myself travelling to Holland to fill the void he’d left behind. We stayed there for 5 days searching for my new companion. On our very last day we stumbled upon Arent. From the moment I set eyes on him I knew he was special, he was breathtaking, stunning and had such a kind eye. I rode him which confirmed I just had to have him!

Arent arrived with us in June 2006, he settled in quickly and soon bonded with Henry my other horse - they spend their time grazing, grooming and being boys playing! In June 2013 we attended the Friesian Scotland Show in Couper Angus. It was always my dream to wear a fabulous concours dress after seeing pictures on the Internet. It was a dream come true, a day I’ll never forget and one I’ll treasure. We now look forward to whatever adventures the next few years together brings!. ……x
